Reg n’Stop

Reg’n Stop is a gourmet crepe kiosk concept inspired by French street food culture, offering both sweet and savory crepes made from high-quality ingredients. Positioned in high-footfall areas, the kiosk caters to customers looking for quick yet refined food experiences. The business was seeking to optimize its operations.

As part of the Vitoria Regia consulting group, I worked closely with the entrepreneur of Reg’n Stop to develop a comprehensive business plan that allowed her to step away from the daily grind and focus on long-term strategy. Our collaboration involved refining the business model to ensure sustainability and scalability, with a particular emphasis on optimizing procurement, pricing, and operations. We also identified immediate, actionable improvements that would streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and boost profitability in the short term. By providing the tools and insights needed to shift from an operational mindset to a strategic one, we helped set the foundation for future growth and success.

A highlight of this project was the opportunity to present the business case at the Banco do Brasil headquarters in London, during a Mulheres do Brasil meeting. The event brought together women entrepreneurs exploring opportunities to expand their businesses. I shared the strategic approach and outcomes of the project to inspire others, demonstrating how effective and impactful the consulting process had been. This presentation was designed not only to showcase the success of Reg n’Stop but also to encourage more entrepreneurs to participate in future cycles of the Vitoria Regia Project.
