LACHESIS LONDON

Lachesis London is a concept store celebrating ethical, sustainable, and handcrafted luxury fashion. Inspired by Brazilian artistry, the brand curates a selection of handbags, jewelry, beachwear, knitwear, and accessories that embody craftsmanship, empowerment, and exclusivity. Partnering with ethical designers and skilled artisans, Lachesis is dedicated to social responsibility, sustainability, and philanthropy, ensuring each creation tells a story of tradition and thoughtful design.

The challenge for Lachesis was to strengthen its market positioning while effectively conveying its unique value proposition in the competitive ethical luxury fashion sector. I collaborated with Lachesis to conduct market research and identify potential target segments in the London market, helping to position the brand as slow fashion and handcrafted luxury.

My team and I designed and conducted a survey to understand the preferences and purchasing behaviour of the target audience in London, analysing the data in relation to market trends. The insights on consumer perceptions of ethical luxury fashion, and their preferences for craftsmanship, sustainability, and cultural storytelling helped inform strategic recommendations to refine Lachesis’ positioning and connect more effectively with its target market.

I became involved in this project through the Vitória Régia Project, a volunteer consulting initiative supporting Brazilian women entrepreneurs in the UK to enhance their business growth and community impact. The project was coordinated by the London Business School Brazil Club in partnership with Grupo Mulheres do Brasil Londres and the Consulate General of Brazil in London.
