Amcham CEO FORUM 2023
Amcham Brasil is one of the largest and most influential business associations in Latin America, representing over 5,000 companies across diverse industries. The CEO Forum is Amcham Brasil’s flagship event, widely regarded as a premier gathering of senior business leaders from the country’s most influential companies. It serves as a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and discussions on critical business and leadership topics, solidifying Amcham’s role as a connector of top-tier professionals.
I coordinated the CEO Forum in Belo Horizonte, leading a cross-functional team to manage logistics, speakers, and sponsors. The event brought together over 1,000 senior leaders from major companies in Minas Gerais for an afternoon of impactful discussions. Esteemed speakers included Gustavo Werneck (CEO of Gerdau), Guilherme Benchimol (CEO of XP Inc.), Ricardo Gontijo (CEO of Direcional Engenharia), Caio Castro (CEO of C3 Group), Felipe Rizzo (CEO of WeWork), Silvia Nascimento (CEO of AVB), and Ravin Jesuthasan (Global Leader at Mercer and author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller “Work Without Jobs”). Their perspectives on leadership and the future of work created valuable learning opportunities for the attendees.
Beyond the logistics, I also led sales for the event, encouraging the team to exceed ticket sales targets through an internal competition. Additionally, I worked closely with the sponsorship team to secure strategic partners whose support was essential for the event’s success.
On the day of the event, I led the team on the ground, coordinating responsibilities, monitoring the flow of attendees, and swiftly resolving any issues to ensure a seamless experience for guests and suppliers.
