The challenge for the brand was to align its messaging and overall customer experience with the sophisticated expectations of its target market. I led the competitor analysis to assess the brand’s positioning in comparison to key players in the luxury jewellery sector. I also refined the brand’s strategy by aligning its messaging and store locations with the aspirations of the target audience. My focus was on understanding consumer preferences and competitive advantages within the jewellery market.

Additionally, I developed a comprehensive digital and in-store engagement strategy aimed at enhancing the brand’s desirability. This included suggesting targeted content, collaborations, exclusive events, and the introduction of services to further appeal to the luxury market. The goal was to create a seamless brand experience across multiple touch points to elevate the brand’s presence and customer loyalty.
